Regulations and guidelines came into force on Friday 25th May 2018 with regards to data protection and how data is used. GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) replaces the Data Protection Act and ensures that all data held by organisations is kept secure in order to protect the individuals in question. At Heartwood CE VC Primary and Nursery School we are committed to fulfilling the new regulations and guidelines to ensure that all data is kept safe and secure.
