Birds of Dereham  - Heartwood School Uniform

At Heartwood CE VC Primary and Nursery School we love our school uniform and being part of the school team. All children need to wear a school uniform to school. 

On Forest school and PE days, children will need to wear a school jumper or a Heartwood hoodie with dark leggings/ tracksuit bottoms with sensible shoes.

Everyday wear

 * white or jade green polo shirt 

 * Heartwood or jade green cardigan or sweatshirt jumper

 * grey or black trousers/ shorts/ dress or skirt. Children are also welcomed to wear a jade green summer dress in the warmer months.

 * black shoes or black trainers 

 * wellies for outdoor play when needed 

PE

 * white t-shirt or polo shirt. Logo ones available from Birds of Dereham 

 * navy or black shorts. black tracksuit bottoms when colder months outside

 * Heartwood hoodie/Jade green hoodie or school jumper/cardigan 

 * trainers 

Forest school 

 * white t-shirt or polo shirt. Logo ones available from Birds of Dereham

If you require any pre-loved uniform for your children, we now have slips at the office that you can fill in and discretely hand in.

We welcome a gender-neutral uniform policy and children can wear school-coloured trousers/ shorts/ dresses/ skirts- whatever they feel most comfortable in, regardless of their gender.
